Whatman Medial Supply Facility Expansion, Sanford, ME Architect:  Mark Mueller Architects Whatman was a global leader in filtration technology providing life science products to scientists.  Construction included a 4,000 sq. ft. one-story addition to the manufacturing facility for the production of medical supplies.  The structure consists of steel bar josts, structural steel braced frames, and masonry/structural steel girt exterior framing system.  The building addition is situated such that run-off is redirected into an underground infiltration field.  Recurrent engineering design and analysis was essential for the structural support of industrious systems implemented.                 Additional Projects
