Magic Lantern Theater, Bridgton, ME Architect:  Joy & Hamilton Architects, Inc. This four story, 26,000 sq. ft., Theater Building is the cornerstone of the Bridgton community complete with four theaters and balcony seating.  It is also the home of the Tannery Pub, conveniently named after the Tannery Bridge spanning the adjacent Stevens Brook, featuring films, live music, food and drinks.  The building incorporates the use of structural steel, concrete walls utilizing insulated concrete forms, composite steel joists, and light gage metal framing.                 Additional Projects
