Scott has over five years of professional experience in Structural Engineering design. He received his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering in 2005 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His Masters Degree focused on Structural Engineering design theory while performing research on precast concrete. As a technical expert at Casco Bay Engineering, he is proficient in 3-Dimensional computer analysis and has extensive knowledge of applicable codes. Scott’s professional experience at Casco Bay Engineering includes the Project Management and Engineering of Lewiston Elementary School, Magic Lantern Theatre in Bridgton, ME, the Historical Society in Georgetown, ME, and Maine Health and Wellness Center (a medical facility located in Kennebunk, Maine).  He also engineered the intricate deep pile foundation and cast-in-place concrete slab system for a retail complex in Old Orchard, ME.  Prior to obtaining his Masters Degree, Scott worked for Parsons Bridge and Tunnel (formerly Finley McNary Engineers) for two years in Essex, CT, performing Construction Engineering for Precast Concrete Segmental Bridges for numerous projects including the “Big Dig” in Boston, MA.
